QED FOUNDATION

The YAYAs are organised by QED Foundation, a registered charity, founded in 1990 by Mohammed Ali, to improve the social and economic position of disadvantaged communities in partnership with public, private and civil society organisations. This year, 2025 is a very special moment in the history of QED Foundation as we celebrate our 35th anniversary.

YORK ST JOHN UNIVERSITY

York St John University is proud to be the headline sponsor for the fifth consecutive year of the YAYA Awards, supporting the valuable work of QED Foundation. By celebrating the remarkable achievements of all nominees, we aim to inspire and empower young Asian people to keep pushing the boundaries of success. Inclusivity lies at the heart of York St John University.

BRADFORD 2025

Bradford 2025 is proud to sponsor the YAYAs, celebrating young people of South Asian heritage who are breaking barriers and inspiring change. These role models reflect the spirit of Bradford 2025—diverse, ambitious, and full of promise. Their stories highlight how culture and community can create opportunities, drive regeneration, and shape a bold, inclusive future for us all.
